We can customize menus specific to your events, we have china, glassware, silver and cloth linens available for up to 12 formal dinner guests. Tell us what you need and we will do the rest! CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: * Provide a clean kitchen/work area on cook day. This includes no dirty dishes in sink or counter tops and personal items will be moved away from cooking and work areas. (See Cleanup Fee.) * Keep children and pets out of work area / kitchen to ensure safety. * Confine unfriendly pets in a restrained area on cooking day. * Provide entry to home or leave key/instructions for entry if not home on cooking day. This includes setting alarm system so any code needed to enter your home will properly deactivate the system. (See Lockout Fee.) * May not reschedule cooking day within 72 hours of scheduled day, unless an emergency, which may require documentation of such incident. (See Cancellations.) CHEF RESPONSIBILITY: * Meet with you at your home to plan your Fine Dining menu * Shop for fresh quality groceries to be prepared. * Utilize Safe Food Handling methods during meal preparation. * Leave a spotless kitchen and work area. FEES: A deposit of one-half the dinner cost is due at reservation. Subsequently, balance is to be paid in full prior to the Right at Home Catering setting up to prepare meal. Any amount for additional fees should also be included. (See Returned Checks) LOCKOUT: If client's home is inaccessible or unsafe due to pets or other reasons, an additional cooking fee may be required, and meal deposit will not be refunded. CLEANUP: In the event, kitchen/work area cleanup be required on cooking day, there will be an additional $75 charge. BAR and MISC. SERVICES: Full Bar setup and bartender: $250 for 2 couples $375 for 3 couples $450 for 4 couples Limited Bar setup: Click here for limited bar menu. An additional charge of $30.00 per hour for Bartender. $155 for 2 couples $225 for 3 couples $275 for 4 couples Passed Hor'dourves: will be charged per tray @ $30 per tray. RETURNED CHECKS: Any check/payment returned for insufficient funds will result in a $25 NSF fee. Client will also be responsible for all charges/fees levied by the bank. CANCELLATIONS: If cooking date is cancelled three (3) days or less from scheduled cooking day, deposit is not refundable. If food has already been purchased, a $25 Rescheduling Fee may also be charged at your chef's discretion. DISCLAIMER: Right at Home Catering has been educated and trained in the proper handling of foods and utilizes those practices to ensure that your food will be an enjoyable safe product. If you have any questions concerning proper techniques used, we will be happy to discuss them with you. Right at Home Catering is not liable for operational failure of or subsequent repairs to stove tops, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers, disposals, vacuum sealers, plumbing or any other client property used that is necessary for the completion of cooking duties resulting from normal use and/or accumulative wear and tear. Should client have questions or comments on cook day, Right at Home Catering will be happy to meet during the first 15 minutes upon arrival. However, after that time, please realize it is important for us to focus fully on meal preparation.
